Our owner Stefanie, worked as a real estate agent for a couple of years and realized although she loved being an agent, she has a greater love for giving back and helping her community get out of tough situations, like a house someone may want to sell, but isn’t in the best condition to list it with an agent.

About Stefanie
Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, I got my start in real estate in 2020 when I earned my real estate license and began working closely with buyers, sellers, and families navigating some of life’s biggest transitions. In 2022, I founded Stefanie Buys Houses, a real estate investment company focused on purchasing homes that need significant repairs, remodeling them with care, and either holding them as long-term rentals or placing them back on the market.
From the ground up, I scaled Stefanie Buys Houses from zero to 22 units in just 18 months while actively flipping and remodeling properties and building a trusted team. Today, we buy houses across multiple markets and continue to grow, helping homeowners find real solutions while revitalizing properties and neighborhoods.
At just 25 years old, I’m proud to run a growing real estate business rooted in integrity, transparency, and service. I’m a believer in God, and my faith guides how I show up in business—with honesty, compassion, and a commitment to doing what’s right, even when it’s not the easiest path.
Before real estate, I grew up as a caregiver, which shaped my deep respect for families, seniors, and individuals facing emotional or complex housing situations. That background influences how I approach every transaction—with patience, empathy, and genuine care.
